Terms and Conditions – Maison Style

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between Maison Style (hereinafter: “the Store”) and the customer. By placing an order or making a purchase with Maison Style, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Product Information
Maison Style endeavours to describe and present its products as accurately as possible. Despite this care, slight variations in colour, size or details may occur, for example due to screen settings. Such differences shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

3. Prices
All prices displayed in-store or online include VAT and exclude delivery costs, unless stated otherwise. Maison Style reserves the right to amend prices and product information. Such changes shall not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment
Orders may be placed via the online shop, physical store or other sales channels. Payment must be made using the available payment methods. An order will only be processed once full payment has been received.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Delivery Times
Maison Style will make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes. In the event of delays caused by external factors, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

5.2 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Free delivery may apply to orders exceeding a specified amount, where indicated on the website.

5.3 Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Maison Style cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Conditions
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Sale items cannot be returned. Return costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

6.2 Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, Maison Style will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

6.3 Exchanges
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size or colour, they may contact customer service. All returns must comply with the return conditions.

7. Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding products or services may be submitted to customer service. Maison Style aims to provide an appropriate solution within 14 days.

8. Liability
Maison Style shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of its products, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the order concerned.

9. Privacy
Maison Style processes personal data with care and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information regarding the processing of personal data.

10. Governing Law
All transactions and agreements with Maison Style shall be governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Maison Style is established.
