Return Policy – Maison Style
At Maison Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:

A return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Maison Style does not reimburse them.

Once returned items are received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original order. This process may take up to 10 working days.
How to Make a Return:

Request a Return: Email our customer service at info@maison-style.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ship the Return: Once your request is approved, you can send the package to the return address provided. Always keep proof of postage, as Maison Style is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during transit.

Confirmation & Refund: Once we have received and checked the items, you will receive a confirmation. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 working days.
